Returns & Exchanges

Request a Return Authorization Number

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will NOT be eligible for a refund. Any defective item (except for inflatable items) or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

You can return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees and 15% restocking fee (or 25% restocking fee for inflatable bounce houses and water slides). The date of receipt is determined by the shipping carrier at the time they deliver the package to your shipping address. Prior to returning your item(s), you must obtain a Return Authorization number. Please use the online RMA Request form to request a RMA number. Items returned without RMA will NOT be honored. The refund will include the retail price paid plus any applicable sales tax.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used on the original order.

After we have received your return, we'll inspect it and approve it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please contact us or call us at (630) 686-3200 for further assistance.

Exchanges:

You can exchange a defective item within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchange is only available for the same item that you've purchased. For non-inflatable items, both way shipping charges will be provided. Inflatable items with SKU numbers starting with (BL, BZ and KW) models, both way shipping will be provided by Kiddie Toys. Please use the online RMA Request form to request a RMA number. Items returned without RMA will NOT be honored.
